Hi All,

Have you guys seen the recent price increase in BBH? It was significant that it goes up with considerably high volumes.

I heard today that a lankan business tycoon is eying/planning to buy a stake of this not-so-operating hotel at 40 rupees... I'm not sure how true this news is, but it was from a reliable source..

Buyers may be collecting around 30s to sell off at 40?

Will see how it goes, Should be very careful if you guys are going to trade on this... Smile

Sounds more like a fake rumor designed to help the pumpers dump the lots on to the horde of on rushing retailers.
I'm just a simple trader but if a "business tycoon" is willing to value a non operating still in construction 200 room hotel at a market cap of 5.2 billion rupees (130m shares x the rumored 40 price) i would call the "tycoon" an idiot. Compare this against the already operating CONN, whose 200 rooms have a market cap of 4 billion or the non operating SERV whose 170 rooms has a market cap of 3 billion.
So anybody thinking of investing in this fairytale should be careful because the numbers don't add up here.

I totally agreed with you @Jiggysaurus not only BBH we have got few LAND ONLY equities in the hotel sector, are just running without any viable reason. I think retail traders ( like Mudalali ) get hooked up for years with these dumps due to their greed to double up their money as they do not care to find out the health report of the PLC in-which they are going to invest.

Seems it's a manipulated bubble. Be careful when you enter at peek.
Most of the transactions were went through LSL.
