was it a closed door meeting only for invitees ?
Can they select few investors and ask for infusion of cash ? in what way ?
Didn't see any published news on this .
Their Investment Banking group Head, had addressed the meeting at Mumbai.

See this link from Daily FT... It seems that the message was that NDB has had a good 2012, but is not resting on its laurels.

Not sure what the deal is because the BOC/SLIC/Softlogic owner have both hands and legs around this company. Perhaps they want to do a non voting issue??

Investor forums are for large capital injections or to satisfy big shareholders and stop them from crying...... NDB special dividend ????? pale
