An Investor Forum has been organized by the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Sri Lanka in association with Bloomberg Data services in Singapore.
The Forum will be held on January 21st at the Ritz Carlton, Millenia Singapore.
The Forum expects to reach out to foreign institutional and high net worth investors based in the Southeast Asian region.
Over 250 institutional investors, investment banks, financial advisors and listed companies have registered to attend the forum and have one-on-one meetings with listed Sri Lankan companies.
Senior Minister for International Monetary Cooperation and Deputy Minister of Finance and Planning Dr. Sarath Amunugama and Governor of the Central Bank Ajith Nivard Cabraal will make principal presentations.
Furthermore a presentation will be conducted by Amba Research Lanka on the opportunities in the capital market. In addition to these presentations a panel discussion will be held with Dr. Amunugama, Cabraal, Chairman of the SEC Dr. Nalaka Godahewa and Chairman of the CSE Krishan Balendra.
