NAV Above Rs 49/= Present price around Rs 26/=

Cash flow is also improving

Paid Dividends. Last payment was =/80 per share

COMD is best stock land and property sector,still trading at under value, every year they are giving nearly 4.00 Rupees dividend.

I trust the value & the market price concerned the CTLD is in ahead of others. I have not acquired yet due to cash constraints.
