Advice:
1. If you have a long term perspective, try and identify L&P companies that are trading at less than their NAV per share.
2. Look for potential gains from revaluation.
3. Avoid loss making companies unless they have some viable plans for turning the business around.

I agree with you Antonym. CTLD better than CLND. They have better NAV and maintain better PE than CLND.Antonym wrote:@StocksWatch: When Portfolio Challenge-1 started, my favourite L&P company (CTLD) was at Rs 30. But that has now appreciated to Rs 37.60 - an increase of 25%.
