if you are a big tax payer you saved 25% otherwise you have forget the 10% final tax

if your taxable income exceeds Rs. 2,700,000/= then the applicable rate will be 35%, however in the case of dividend 10% deducted will be final tax, so you can save 25%.

Dividend Tax 10% is really benefits to persons whose taxable income starts from 800,001/= onwards - if i am not mistaken

if not received the cheques inform to the secretaries and ask them to cancel the original cheque and issue a new one
