Hi ,

Admins and Moderators - Are we not supposed to mention a company name or prediction without evidence? eg : Vone and BIl set to move up , Aspi probably to break 6000 barrier , keep an eye on certain stocks (Jiggy has a problem with me for this ha ha ha), due to OSEA having almost 100% occupancy at WTC and completion of Havelock project possible up side. Please advice how we should post .

Is it wrong if I have Vone at Rs. 16.00-16.20 and I feel it has potential to move based on the broader market moving up, thereby giving other forum members a heads up? to say keep an eye on Vone etc. is it right for a member to see my post buy yesterday at Rs.16.00 and sell at Rs.17 at a profit ?

I think you guys need to set the record straight and have a clear cut ruling so that there aren't any grey areas. simply say no putting up company names and say this will go up or that will go up without evidence. end of story...that way guys like jiggy and Redbulls will stop commenting at other peoples posts and strategically , evaluate and analyse the CSE and help forum members to make the right investment decisions Rolling Eyes

Forum rules are straight and clear cut as far as concerned to genuine posts.

Here your problem was, you never disclose interest on those shares while you were posting. Refer others post, for example TAH always disclose his interest on the share which he discuss with us.

Refer from the date I joined I clearly stated that i bought bil and Vone .... if i didn't disclose Fine. but I have them and I feel good price that I entered bil and vone and I still say for others to enter good time....I might be wrong and f share market comes down then vone and bil and others too will come down...but if it goes up then shares will move up as well.

This is black and white to any share.. stocks go up and down ;0

But we need to have reasons to say these are good and these are bad..

VONE I'd say yes.. good prospects, handled by a well known guy and bla bla.. But I'm not convinced of BIL though its BRWNS investment arm..

BIL is long term some of their investment will only bring in profits after five years maybe....one bad investment i think is excelworld by bil...but even JKH has had their off day and made some nt so great decisions ....lets '' Keep an eye" anyway on BIL now that VONE has moved up. (I have VONE and BIL also got some CDB today) happy trading

Aubrey and anybody interested this is related to your question.

To be fair , read the below so you understand the reasons behind forum regulation .

Examples to make clear :

I predit Cxxx will hit Rs 150 before May. Just wait and see .
My xxx with hit Rs 40 as here will be a takeover notice coming next week. Kee an eye.
XXX is going to buy xxx at Rs 100. Get in before others.

Do you see the problem. The forum memeber who is watching forum for a long time knows how to distinguish posts as they know the individuals past history or accuracy of predictions/predictors.

But what about new comers ? Modertors here are trying to protect new comers understanbly.

Gossip is good. But some can take other for a ride. I rememebr some one saying CIFL hit Rs 12 again when it was trading around Rs 6. Some of us repeatedly warned about the danger CIFL was in From the time it was Rs 6-8.

I am sad about the holder who bought this over Rs 6. But if new comers got caught , oh well we did warn.

One forum shut down due to promotions by some and SEC appears to have been involved also by what the owner hinted. Hope you know.
