When the trading price of a share goes up or down by 20-30% they say there should be a correction.
If the reasons for the movement are strong it will not happen.
In around 2010 CFVF was trading @ 9-12. Suddenly, to give us 100% return it jumped to 23/- within shorter period of time.
Many people sold it and realized the 100% profit. Some were expecting a correction and wanted to buy it back @ 15/- or 14/-
The reason for going up was very strong and it reached 65/- after announcing an EPS of 17.50.
Colombo market is still full of cheaper future gems.
