30-35 is possible cause book value also 29. Another reson is the company also a good one.

What about you guys think this?

for my findings,
overall it's good company.following disadvantages notices,
1)In future with Port City lots of office space available. can be bubble In future... but not sure
2)Very less company and business in SL so they don't have good income to cover rent cost. in that case i don't think WTC has more demand.
3)Future building renovations cost. (no idea haven't any data)
4)Not sure epf and etf will invest in future ( then sorry .com ආණ්ඩුවෙන් චොර director කෙනක් දැම්මොත් rabbit

Last dividend was on 18.Feb.2019
Rate of Dividend: - Rs. 1.25 per share / First & Final Dividend

At present economic condition we can not expect a good divididend in near future (2020)...

They have 550 capacity vehicle park just assume 500 X 12H x 365 x 50/= = 120. 45 million increment and I assume they have increased other charges also simultaneously.

@Kasun - dont degrade books. if you going to lurn by expirience in CSE . may god help you in your 1st ten years to not become bancrupt. you should read books that are writen by expirinced people . say dont read books wrote people who did not done investing ex - uni proffesor . read books writen by greatest investors say buffet/ peter lynch/ben graham
