JKH mixed development project

Once the project is announced and after the initial peak, will JKH price come down drastically with selling pressure or will it hold on to the price with a small decline?

Your views please.

JKH was an one hell of a stock. i bought that @ 237 and sold @249.90 Mad

by now it almost reached 285.,my bad i should have hold this up for a long time Sad

i have JKH which was bought in 2010 and yet keeping
i don't try to trade, simply because i don't know when to trade

this may come down near future with all the indexes and other shares that did not move at all.. I can not figure out why these foreign buggers like this share even though we have many attractive and growth potential counters with good liquidity are still in the market.

Agreed. But according to you, what are these shares you think that fit foreign nvestment?

JKH is a well managed company, u just need to buy & hold or just forget that u have this share it will simply appreciate.

VONE, LOLC, CIC, RICH, BIL, FLCH all are well managed companies and most of them have good liquidity.

Problem I see with LOLC/FLCH/BIL and DP groups is foreigners might no trust the controlling owners yet.

CIC share liquidity is an issue.

RICH we seen foreign participation. But they seem to trade also.
