non trustworthy Warrants make huge losses ..
recently CSF.W21 goes to 0.30 Cts .. may be it will go down to 0.10 Cts vefore on its date.?

So People get very less confidence with other warrants as well. this is the reason broker firm doesn't want to do in margin trading.

may be same future for the GREG.W3 w6 , CLPL w13 w14 REEF.W19 Shocked

Yes 100% corect any one need to lost mony can invest warrants final date can sell .10
But if we have more than 1 year Moving time can get a chanse but now not sure every boday know wrrant no valu Embarassed

Warrants movements depend on Noraml share price and exercise price .. So We can't blame of all comapny warrants ..

I don't know Why CSF company didn't do anything.. if it is like these no one want to pay 12/= for this warrants then what is point to issue thease warrants ..

Should be the company need to take action at thease time for CSF. reduce the exercise price or any other offer ..

But GREG REEF and CLPL Ordinary shares will go ... I confident with CLPL and REEF .. still GREG also starting their game soon .. and we have at least one more year for GREG.W3 and others more days than this

So we can trade with thease ...

CSF.W21 is to be exercised in July 2013 @ 12/-. Now when the N share is below 10, who would go for this?

But dont lose hope on all.. CLPL & REEF warrants (No value yet) have a long way to go so collecting these at a very low value would mean those to be in 3-5 baggers in years to come..

Usually they do not sell warrants. By issuing warrants they (Company) do not receive any money. They are given free of charge.

Some companies use warrants as stimulants to sell rights. When you buy a right you get warrants free of charge.

This practice is not necessary when a reputed company issue a good right. Say JKH issue 1 for 5 @ 100/- . It will be over subscribed.

If they plan to get some money again after 1 or 2 years they can give some warrants also. NTB did this nicely in 2010.

When a company is new or not in a sound stage and wanted to issue rights to get some money they attach some free warrants to make it attractive. ( කැරට් අලේ )
The problem become worse when these foolish managements issue huge lot of warrants than the situation can handle . GREG, REEF , CSF ...

When some people have millions of warrants got free of charge , even 10 cents is profit for them if they have sold the rights at a higher price.

At the moment CLPL and REEF19 has some value .

dnt give up hopes on clpl w, but be cautious...

there was a rumor that clpl gng to have some orders,not sure.

when they issue they don't receive any money .. but I mentioned when they issue the warrants they also had some warrants for their holding..then they will sell at the market
