WHY DON'T THEY PAY DIVIDENTS TO ITS INVESTORS..........?
I HOPE BOTH ARE DOING NOT BAD...IN RECENT PAST.....ANYONE HAS ANYKIND OF INFOR REGARDING THIS.............

You should notice that many hotel report negative earnings next quarter due to off season.
If you have a credit card ( i am sure you have), you will see flood of hotel offers after 31 March.
So, this is the best period to go for refurbishments, generally they make money from November to March.
