I Bought RCL for longterm,after disposing all my MAL.N.
RCL is trading about PE of 6,PBV around 1.4
RCL will have a monopoly of tile market.

Technically RCL shows a pennat formation for 3wks,volume going down,ADX showing trend forming,possible 20% upward movment in short term,next fib level is around 128.

With some solid associates (LB –26%- Contributing 26% for total profits , Delmage 20%) ,and subsidiaries (Asia Siyanka – 51% ,CERA) I think RCL will do good in future.

With the economic development and expected increase in per ca pita GDP (4000 USD in 2006) people will tend to expense more in construction. This will help to maintain good bottom line.

Based on my view RCL's fair value worth more than 125 based on future progress and synergies.
