Why should the "people" save the investors in crap companies?
"People" saving depositors is one thing but investors who invest in junk need to end up with 0. That's capital market theory 101

Dear friend,

All person who going to deposit their valuable money in a finance company, do not have a sufficient knowledge to assure the stability of the relevant company. That's why a regulator is needed here but it has not done the duty correctly and finally depositors have fallen into a trouble.

For resurrect CIFL, my opinion is to take company liquidity to normal by restarting the business under a new name and under a well experienced director board. After current depositors money can be paid back. For this strategy, a well recognized respectable company should take over it. This plan would save the employees, depositors as well as shareholders.
