1.How is the company financing the objects of the issue?
2.Are there any further capital raising plans?
3.What is the time frame of deployment of issue proceeds?
4.What are the key risk factors?
5.Are any major government approvals pending?
6.Are there any significant trademark/ brand/ copyright issues etc. ?
7.History of the company.
8.Top share holders list.

1. Any PLC's in same Business ... and thair performance
2. Ethical pricing policy (IPO Price )
3. Recent PP or Sell-Down..
4. How strong is the Brand
5. Who are the promoters - thair reliability
Should be more ..

I would say to go see the prospectus inch by inch,check on the future prospects, management and how it purposes to dispense the funds

One important comment from the above post is about the management which we have not covered before.

Does the top directors hold key positions in other listed companies or other known companies , How qualified they are and their past track record. I also think its a important factor to look in to.
