Sri Lanka is planning to hold investor forums in New York, London and several other world capitals during the year 2014 to attract global investors to the Island’s Debt and Equity market.
The first such forum would be held in Singapore on the 21st of this month with the participation of 250 potential investors.
“Over 250 institutional investors, investment banks, financial advisers and listed companies have registered to attend the forum and have one-on-one meetings with listed Sri Lankan Companies”, announced the SEC and
CSE in a joint statement issued.
The event is jointly organized by the SEC and CSE in association with Bloomberg Data Service.
