Its nice to see shares like KAPI, TKYO, LIOC, TJL etc moving up rather than speculative junk

I dont mean to promote. But the shares I mention are always fundamentally strong. It saddens me to see some people going after rubbish shares in Colombo and burn their fingers - thats why I passionately mention the shares - all are backed by good fundamentals. I know that people say stuff when I post - but at least I mention only good shares. Not the rubbish junk. So even if I do mention it too many times, Im sorry that I did (I wont do it again) at least they aren't rubbish shares based on speculation. I recommended KAPI, TKYO, LIOC, TJL mostly - go check my history if you want. All great companies: 4 of the best. So I can go to sleep at night without feeling guilty.

Central Bank and CSE management improved now in respect of stock market to certain extent

Retail buyer behavior also improved now

But there is a room for improvement

I agree that they have improved, Mr Dayaratne. Much better sentiment now compared to last 2 years. Hopefully we will see ASPI 7000 soon (within 9 months)

Sure, I agree ,you may be repeating these shares with good intentions and  to help others also to  earn a strong return on investment . (However I am not sure whether slstock is also 100% agrees with me !!!)

Nevertheless I wish to draw your attention to few  basic  business fundamentals ,which I consider lacking in the business model of  some of the above companies.

As I believe, the business model of the company is fundamentally sound , when,

1. the earnings of the company is derived through market mechanism, ie market supply and demand , and also in competition with market players.

2. the financial interests of  major shareholders ,who are represented in board of directors , are only the interest as  shareholders of the company.

my opinion is,
a) KAPI, LIOC  do not conform to (1) above.

b) LIOC, TJL do not conform to (2) above.

Realstock, please give reasons for your opinion. Just a list of shares (though they are sound shares) will be misleading. Thanks.

Once you have good shares, even in a slight bull run you can make something out of it. You won't have to wait too long. If it starts to down in price still you can be stress free as it is a good company.
