Anyone know how many percentage of shares Mr.Rishan Holds on PCH & PCHH.

Also when they going to have General meeting ?

No I dont think he owns 5% at least. He has been selling all of his it seems..

interesting to see who bought them and to see if there has been any changes. previous quarter they had been selling inventory at loss for credit

Mr Ruwan Silva(E chanalling) and Dr Sehthi were buying .But position of their stake as at now is not known.
it is rumoured that Malayasian Investor and Dubai invester is showing interest on this share.(May be a fabricated story)
Furher PC house has recently paid Rs 5 Mn to avoid company being winding up.
Their Head office building which has been mortgaged to a bank has not been sold yet.

I just searched through the web to find out the people who awarded identifying PCH as the best performer. I dont know what these people now thinking of PCH. Just few from what I googled
