he has sold them on the 28th before the subdivision at 450 range. Isn't this bad news for CFLB? does any one know, how much shares he holds alltogether?

Serves people right for chasing after phony rallies. Wouldn't be surprised at all if similar announcements are soon made regarding LCEY and LDEV

it should be 450 level NOT 250.

WAt a pity.. same director sold the shares @ 450s and bought back at avg 521s. .would've had a good laugh with soaring LCEY price..
NOt sure whether he had sold around 560s.. or he waits for 630s Wink
