The problem is unwanted panic in the market. So cannot be certain whether buyin at 1 will make sense. So I thot to observe a lil bit. If buying coms at 1.10, big volumes, this could be a 30% play.

I made a small speculative gamble today at Rs 1.

If reef result for dec is atleast marginally good,  this can give 20% -30% gain.

Also CLND play is there as speculation.

If not maybe 10% loss.

If I remember right somehow they push to Rs 40 last time in 2012 to get some warrants converted.
Then they did some mart jill to add more shares.

Am not saying it will happen again, but with NAV of 29 , some games by the known pushers in the company and maybe a bull market by then who knows.

So far it all talk , plans and speculations with this shares. No real earnings.

And it's and ill liquid counter. So moving it to 40/- or more in a bull market is not a big issue. In the past it have such behaviors. Should not forget CITW will open for bookings in next few months.

I belive there's some other reason also for it to move ahead to 30s.

See there's no real earnings come in to play that ppl want to go ahead with ths..
We had hope that by 2015 REEF would pass at least 100 with the new 2 hotels added, 1 hotel - CITW is on the track to add revenue but on the other one, we have got no clue at all. The ideas, projections, enthusiasm was great at the right issue stage but where has it gone now?

Imo, for REEF.W to shine, REEF.N has to be dragged up to at least 20 from now on.. Then by the end of the year it has to stay above 50 for the conversion to happen.

What do you think about the conversion. I think it's a pretty easy conversion. REEF.N is highly ill -liquid. So moving it is easy than TFC.

I think some guys are in the process of grabbing quantities in margin accounts and desperate investors.

As there is considerable risk, it's not advisable to buy huge quantities. But an affordable risk will certainly reward.

ring meant to serve all since it's right issue. But Ring had only one master and it served only that master. Master used the money to sell his CLND shares with 100% gain in 2 weeks, also to run his finance company. Rest neither saw the hotel nor money.

I agree on the other two points of yours.. May be margin holders buy share at 0.90. But its risky buyin big quantities..
