COMD vs "Minimum Float Rule" Comd11

Dividend Yield 4/= Per annum (minimum)

Public holding (other than 20 Major Share holder ) only 328,771 its only 2.74% but 137 214 Shares disappeared so only 191 557 share  in the market

Tottal issue Quatity 12 000 000
But COMD lodge in CDS  11,862,786  So 137 214 Shares disappeared still no one lodge its mean not active  ( mostly we can Assume its from small share holders who keep less than 5000)

and moreover When they Apply "Minimum Float Rule" then They should Buy back for 108/= or they try to push up this stock and unload their 20% of stake in the market..So any how COMD has potential to go up.

It is not Risk shares COMD is a funder mental stock. this year their Revenue getting better.Even market go down COMD not much go further Down.[/b]

I don't think COMD has that much potential. It's growth prospects are very limited. NAVP is going up because of the revaluation. There are better options at this moment than COMD.

its right leaon! but COMmercial bank holding more than 94% of COMD... they will do some thing with_out any doubt when they apply Minmum float rule ... then may be 100% possible gain by COMD..

not only that now a days COMD mostly collected by someone .. so very illiquid ... when we see the order book mostly empty .. so COMD is not bad at this price level,, much safe. and another posiible chance , he/she can push up this stock who was collect up to now.. its highest price level 185/=

When the crap make move why COMD cannot ??

Its ok jana! but you need to wait until some one push up or wait until end of this year (any time can happen) then COMB will do something as you said.

but if you buy @70/= we can sure profit 35/=  + 4/= (Dvidend) so 55% gain possible  before end of this year(Maximum10 month period some time it can be happend within sort term as well)

As leon said their NAV going up because of revaluation every year.

 Very Happy

before end of this year COMB need to satisfy the Minimum float rule otherwise they need to de list COMD , if they want to delist then they need to buy mandatory offer to repurchase according to their NAV value.

or if they want to sell their 20% stake to the pubnlic then ofcourse they don't want to sell @70/= at least they need to push up for good value.

unless they need to issue good benefits
