Apologies if covered, could not find with the search.

Has anyone composed a definitive list of all the listed companies on the main bourse and diri savi that will be affected by this new directive? I've searched high and low online and cannot find, other than a couple of names mentioned in these links (edit, cannot post links as a new poster - but can be found on dailymirror.lk and sundaytimes.lk). Apparently around 70 companies will have to dilute.

Any discussion / information welcome. (new to the forum, Hi!)

Cheers.

hello

Question. How can we find out just how many public shareholders each company has?

For example one of those links listed 70 firms which were non compliant with having 20% public shareholding, but does not say which of those companies have <750/500 public shareholders.

^^ that is not really relevant to the topic?

For those companies with public shareholding between 10-20%, how can i find out which ones meet the minimum? Is there a way?
