Guys I have seen attachment of "commercial credit" on cse website called "introductory document"
what is the mean of it & are they preparing to a IPO? Question

there shares will be listed on cse , when they come to market, it will be owned by the founders and there friends, its also kind of a private placement

if we want to buy ...what the procedure... is they come to the market and what will be the price... ( private placement ???)

If the existing shareholders willing to dispose then, you will be able to buy in the secondary market, in the recent past another finance company(SFCL) came to cse by way of introduction, and the buyers even willing to pay premium of 10 times, but no sellers
