QTY T.OVER ASI FELL
NESTLE 813 1.554,000 10.08
CLC 2710 10,298 3.05
CARSONS 100 34,500 2.35
TRANS 1000 76,000 2.97
Total 1,674,798 18.45

per centage of todays t.over .00329

If you analyze how market fell today , it is quite visible that mere 1.674,798 turnover which is .00329% of the days turnover 18.45 points fell . If any sensible person study our market behavior he or she could come to a conclusion that the ASI of CSE is a distorted one which is misleading and manipulation is the norm of the day .

This is just an example . For past 3 to 4 years this is what was happening . There is nobody to rectify this anomaly . Regulators are not interested about this distortion .

If manipulation also according to the situation why we need regulators. Why we need surveillance department at CSE . Are they performing their duties properly . Should we allow bunch of rouges to control the market .

I also feel so . But there are , I would use word players who does not want to see green on the board . Whether it is bull or bear extreme cautious is a must in this market . Suckers are everywhere . The CSE we have seen sometime back is not so today . Players do not have norms and ethics . They are going behind money at any cost . Cost is quite visible if you carefully analyze our market today . Anyhow if you are a trader you have to be very smart to survive and if you are an investor collect fundamentally sound shares on gradual collection basis .

Suddenly ASI was brought down with 35 points minus . This was mainly due to CTC and It is quite clear that was a deliberate action done by interested parties . I am puzzled as to why those manipulators need to bring down market . Everybody expected today market would move up with Friday sentiment . But they did not allow it to happen so . WHY ?

Do they have hidden agenda or something ? Really I cannot figure it out .

Maybe another week to wait after geneva and local elections. But I really don't see a big impact from either.

Do manipulation and Geneva / Elections have any connections ? My feeling is that this market is being controlled for known reason for them .

That might be the case, but what ever reason for manipulation they will push when there is some sort of bogus feel good factor news. It's always been like this, the key is to be on the right side. There is no direct connection. But they will squeeze the market dry and when the UPFA wins, and UN resolutions are past with minimum impact, the market will rise and the press wil say market has risen due to UPFA consolidating their power and geneva not having much of an impact.
