HelloCorp (Pvt.) Ltd. is a BOI-approved Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services Provider, based in Colombo, Sri Lanka and is wholly owned by Expolanka Holdings. The company was founded in February 2002 and pioneered International Call Centre / BPO Operations in Sri Lanka. HelloCorp expertise lies in using the combination of an experienced workforce and state-of-the-art technology to provide the necessary competitive edge. We have thus positioned ourselves as a leading outsourcer of services, based at our centre of operations in the heart of Colombo.

As the first BOI approved BPO company to emerge from Sri Lanka, HelloCorp currently has the most in depth experience across a diverse range of domains in Sri Lanka. We specialize in outsourcing Finance & Accounting, Data Processing, IT Tech Support, Back Office Processing, Managed Outsourcing Solutions and other BPO services for an international clientele. In addition to our established clients from United Kingdom, United States of America and Australia, we are developing other European and Middle Eastern markets.

HelloCorp focuses primarily on Finance & Accounting services for small and medium scale companies/organizations and start-up companies who want to establish an offshore operation in order to be competitive in their core businesses. The industry standing that we have built up since inception as well as excellent client references set us apart. Another competitive advantage is our policy of offering highly customized solutions to suit any scale of operations.

HelloCorp is the first- ever 3rd party non-captive Business Process Outsourcing Service provider in Sri Lanka to have received the ISO 27001:2005 Information Security Management Systems Certification. The certification was received with guidance from professional advisers KPMG Ford, Rhodes. Thornton & Co and the audit was carried out by Bureau Veritas. The scope of certification covers both the operational areas as well as the support services of HelloCorp.

My View :-

PCH is mainly a Computer hardware vendor and established a 200 seat BPO facility in Colombo . ( this is as per news item last year ) . PCH recently entered in to to ERP software arena with the agency they got with SAGE software.

Hellocorp is providing different services , Fiance and accounting services , Legal , Back office operations , HR management , etc. It has also obtained the ISO 27001 IT security management certification and support from KPMG also the 1st BOI approved BPO service provider

In my mind you cannot compare PCH with HelloCorp. Even the PCH BPO arm is a much smaller unit compared to HelloCopr.

So if PCH to compete with Hellocorp it would need long time with YOY very high growth.
