b. The following disclosures pertaining to the shares of the Entity which
are locked-in and which are not locked-in, in terms of Rules 2.1.1(d)
and 2.1.1(e) of these Rules
For the purposes of this Rule, the terms ‘Non Public Shareholders’ and ‘Public
Shareholders’ shall have the same meaning as set out in Rules 2.1.1 (d) and
2.1.1(e) of these Rules
My question is Can any person treat as a Public Share Holder if he Owner or Director of another Public Listed company? And also can CSE waive Lock-In their portion to sell at the market. Is it fair? CSE should think about general public is not always familiar with regulations as well as Brokers. CSE must secure retail investors before changing Rules. I kindly direct your attention in yesterday BRR trading and it’s Introductory documents.
