IS RAL GOOD TO BUY AT CURRENT LEVEL ?

If you try to collect Renuka group,

I think best COCO & RHL X
COCO now 16.6; EPS=2.55 Dividend August.
RHL X now 24; EPS=4.74 Dividend August.

This share still waiting to race, company performance really good, but anyone didn’t touch….

Performance wise this quarter they have turnedaround. If you look at certain annoucements they have disposed shares and have a healthy cash balance. If they want to they can pay more than 10 cents they paid last time (in 2012 it was 14 cents dividend.) Thats what I was aiming for. I got kind of early at 3.40 then at 3.30. Marketing etc costs will not be high as previousesly as they have established in the market so even in 3 months can give good returns. Penny stock status can help them also.

Couple of weeks back there was a huge foreign selling on this stock...That is why it has gone down from3.5/3.60 to 3.20...
The people who grabbed between 3.20-3.30 will be winners for sure in coming weeks time..
Very good fundamentally sound counter...
Turnaround is around the corner for whole group I presume.
With the bull sentiment easy to pass LKR 4 if somebody starts to push... Wink

Their web site shows a lot of product range, but in reality they have only Coconut and dairy products..I personally called to check it out,,a lethargic set of Directors and staff.

I dont know how they are going to turn around. they should generate cash and profit from core operations.not from disposing their investments

And it happened. Super Profit, my cost was 3.30.. 1.3Mn shares
