How do you say legal battle is over? depositors association is planning on making an appeal to the supreme court, so that means legal battle is still not over, isn't it?

Since a political heavy weight is behind the new plans there will be legal barriers and the new plans will go forward

There will be an apeal but am sure it will get dismissed

problem is can you sustain this wave for 6 months??? things should happen quickly. Only thing is even 9m shares traded only 10cts going up.
