This is funny. If oversubscribed good for bank. Not for us.
Debenture with lowest interest rates. Better to invest in CSE.
According to present inflation(actual) 8.5% is nothing. Smile

We are small investors to them, Our 1 or 2Mn will not be worth for them much, What they do is they are targeting some HNWI, Institutes are Foreigners to buy their Debentures. Those people definitely has a opportunity with this. They will get a premium of 1.5% - 2% than a FD, and gain from Withholding tax concession

Yes I know. Ultimate result is poor small investors , pensioners of sri Lanka can't expect a rate increase in near future.
