Hi everyone Very Happy

Very recently I have noticed, there are many movements on SCAP. Shocked

I just wanted to know, is SCAP is considered as a finance company?? cyclops

Does it has to merge or acquire some other company as per the CBSL Plan?? Question

What do you guys think about the future price of the company because I have some share which I bought long long long time back for the price of Rs.47. Is it worth to average at this price?? Rolling Eyes

SCAP is the holding company of Asian Alliance Insuarance-AAIC and Softlogic Capital CRL. CRL may consider merging with other finance companies. SCAP is an ideal stock to get an exposure to both insurance and finance sector at one go. now trading well below it's NAV. Recent run in AAIC also warrants a significant appreciation of SCAP share price and it is well deserved.

What is the story behind AAIC?? why is it moving??
