i have bought 3000 shares from LEDVR0000 wt happen hereafter,Should i converted into N shares ? if so hw cn i do it ? Is it worth?

If you are holding LDEV.R now, they'll be automatically converted to shares (through CDS), you'll have to pay your broker that value 3000 * 25. (it'll be deducted from your current account balance) - That is how my broker explained.

Read in another post that, if you don't want to convert you'll have to inform that to the broker clearly

@ Qb LDEV will pay money for RICH as i knw .... LDEV right issue is for buy stake in KOTA ... not entire stake or majority ... as i knw thy wanna buy only the AGARAPATHANA Stake

RICH,, where get them here. They are not in the frame. Lankem got a loan from KOTA.. They can use that money to subscribe for balance LDEV rights. LDEV will have to pay the sellers of Agrapatana from the monies they raise from the rights. Agrapatna is owned by Lankem and Kotagala. So it's their money anyway!!!
