Please express your opinion/ prediction about KOTA? Is it at good price to enter?

All plantations stocks are trading below NAV .... Kota although illiquid.
Good to buy around 25000 or 35000 shares and keep it 35-37 are good. Try to BUY around 36.50 on average.

And try and hold for min 12-18 months.

There are over supply of rubber from Indonesia.
Plus we don't have sufficient rain.
Demand is low too.
I don't think KOTA is a good investment unless you think to stick it for long term.

Yes, there's surplus rubber stocks in China and that's why the rubber prices are dictated by the Chinese. But KOTA has also diversified into Palm and the Cambodian investments will give returns on the medium term. I would recommend KOTA at these price levels.

There is a over supply in Thailand. They have had 200,000 tons of reserves and they sold 50% just couple of days earlier. But still they have 100,000 and the military leader has given 90 day deadline to sold remaining stock. Rubber still has to hit the bottom. As they calculated thailand has instructed its planters to cut 1/5 of rubber trees.
