Famous brands like Lakspray , Daily , Ambewela under LMF.
Having a very high NAV compare to trading price.
Why is this neglected or unpopular ?

Their assets value is high due to the long term investment made in distilleries.they own 12% of the issued capital of dcsl.their cost is Rs 6 for dcsl.HJ will not sell this.They are mainly importing milk power which expose for currency fluctions ,world milk prices ,import restrictions ,tight regulations of consumer affairs authority.this situation creates annual profit fluctions which is difficult to predict.
But lmf is trimming its imports and focusing on local production which helps to widen profit margins and get certain concessions.Historically lmf is giving very poor dividends like other hj companies.since company is in a progressing stage with increasing in local production ,other investments and diversifying their product portfolio I consider this as a long term investment.

Why sudden jump of price of Rs 7 /= ?
Anybody have any idea ?

This is a stock with a hidden value. But currently there core operation is under performing. But the other argument is the stake if DCSL will never get liquidated. So this stock is always trades below NAV.

That's why this stock always move only with DCSL.

Predictions are almost impossible for this stock becoz this is under Mr HJ.At the moment it is trading at a half of its net assets value.Most of funds/institunal invest are trapped in this.but anything could happen at any time bocz it is under Mr hj.
