Where I can get historical data of P/E Ratio?

I'm looking for historical data of Sector P/E ratio and Company wise P/E ratio for a research work.
If any body know where I can get those data please tell Exclamation

Daily info is available at CSE but pass data of 5,6years are nowhere to be found.
Thought of buying that CD from CSE, but not sure weather those data are there Question

But CSE historical data CD may contain what you search for. Try contacting them and ask about the content.

I believe the CD has historical share price data but not sure about Sector data.

But if you need such info for Academic research work, you can need to request from CSE through a letter . If you have a supervisor for your research work you can ask him/her to request using a establishment letterhead which might carry higher weight. I have done this for a student of mine in the past. Just please know that is it not a quick process unless you bug them ( CSE) to expedite.

Second idea is you can ask your Stock Broker research dept (if they have one).

Oops, I don't have a supervisor. This is kind of free time research Crying or Very sad

Also I need historical data of Sector Price Index.
My broker firm is Asia Securities. I will try to contact CSE and Asia Securities Idea

By the time if any body have that CD, could you please check out weather that info is there for me study

PS:
I'm trying to design an Artificial Neural Network for market prediction.
Need those historical data for training purposes.
At this stage it is pretty dumb, but with enough training
I believe it can achieve about 80% accuracy level.
(Will open a separate thread to discuss about this later)

About the data, Yes training data is really critical for this type of work.
I really need to get that CD, unfortunately it seems like I have to go there personally to buy it.
That info should have available online to download bounce
