In 2010 Blue issue right

Voting Rs. 2.50
Non Voting Rs.1.50

In 2014 It planned to issue right
Voting Rs.1.30 , Qty 159 MN
Non Voting Rs..75 , Qty 103 Mn

In potential share, the new right price should be more than the previous one, but in Blue the price is less than 2010 right price, What happne to the stae capital and money of the investors

Present, the company is making loss and the cash flow statement is not so bad, therefore, threre is a chance to make profit form this right issue due to the current market condition
