How can it be the offer is @ 1.60. MARKET PRICE 1.70.

Muthoot Finance might target to acquire 51% stake in AAF.
Don't know how they are going to play the game.

Aubrey, do you have any idea on this? The price might go up due to the mandatory offer. Muthoot has planned for a massive expansion of operations by opening many branches all over the Island.

They are going to open over 35 new branches all over the Island.

lots of companies that had mandatory offers have shot up eg. TFIL (I bought at 18 and exited at 26-27 levels). so lets all hope for early x mas Smile
