No more petrol or diesel cuts. Electricity no further cuts. I think water rates cut by 10% ?

I'm not sure how is going to affect the market. There are pros and cons for market (Interest rate for pensioners will be a huge --- for market). We need to wait until Monday morning to know the effect.

Too early to measure the market progress being pushed by budget proposals presented in summary form. The weight of real benefits offered to public could be more or less changed subject to conditions applied deviating from summarized statement. However, keeping the farmers & low income villagers happy throughout the country would be a U turn for upcoming election campaign.
