Insider Dealing with FS

I noticed share prices of most of the companies manipulated just two days before the financial statements are issued. Either some party exited from loss making companies or collected before FS are issued. EX BFL, MADU,DPL,APLA,ACL,BAL.

I suspect the timing the FS are sent to CSE and the time they are published in CSE. Is there any time difference between those two events?

No time gap.
If you send before 9.00 am to CSE, web will publush by before trading.
If you submit between 9.00 am & 3.00 pm, will publish in the evening.

Bad news for healthy capital market. There can be very few who manipulate. Our duty is to raise it and question at least in this manner or even beyond for the benefit of all

Hmmm..cant help bro

They do not publish them during the trading hours to make sure fair distribution of information...so that nobody would have an undue advantage

but this is Sri Lanka and its CSE Very Happy

If the information can not be kept P & C then they should release all information as & when they receive them to the market.

Yes this exactly correct. If they receive at 10, all the info is leaked and we get to know after every thing is finished since this is Sri Lanka. They should release it as & when they receive. Why cant CSE do that. This is effecting all small investors and not big guns. So please get together & fight for this.
