Director of CSF, J. Rudra sells out part of his shares yesterday... And here comes the Nation Lanka Finance (CSF) results today. Text book insider dealing by a director. Shouldn't SEC Immediately investigate in to these dealings. According to listing rules there is period in which directors cannot trade before and after the release of accounts. This is a clear violation of that rule.

May be SEC has extended the rules like directors can buy/sell up to 50% 1 week during accounting period another 50% during 2 weeks during the accounting period. because the good behavior shown by the directors in the recent times.

Directors sell or not...this CSF will move up further as said by my broker...xx by the end of this week, was his prediction...! lets wait & see

Don't rely the broker every time. They can say any thing. This is your hard earn money. see the real facts also before buying any share.

This CSF was not moving up on any fundamental grounds but some how it was highly pushed up day by day..if we monitor its movements on past few weeks , can realized it had some intervals during the run..and I guess this sell by a director was made purposely to put up a temporary halt on its upwards movements to avoid a possible impose of the Price band..! Unless this , there is no need for that Director to dispose such a small amount as he is holding more than 14mn of share and also by this sale he get a very small amount in return, that is nothing for him ...when he invested a some of many many Mn Rupees in a company [CSF] which was at no ones attraction at that time...!

I guess the Run will start again just in a day or two...!
