2009   472 PTS up

2010   201 PTS up

2011   (13) PTS down

2012    292 PTS up

2013    137 PTS up

2014   ?

You can make up your mind now. What you all have thought of. 

Dec 2014 for me ASI up at by what margin is the question. 

In my view market will recover to the level of ASI 7,400 levels, Though there is political uncertainty. Due to the fact that the market forces are on the upward trend. Because the drop which we had just experienced is not drop due to fundamental reasons.

I don't want to say anything foreigners are laughing at as for last 5 days on what has happen.

Again they will laugh at us when they sell & locals buying at higher prices. Therefore we may see some foreign outflows in Dec'2014.

THIS IS YEAR 2014 ASI up by more than 500 to 800 points in end of December.

but market swing as much as possible so up and down more possible in first two weeks then market go continue in GREEN.

Today last minute up the reason all expect market will move next week  so all rush to collect in last minute , all wait to come down but marekt very hard condition so last minute they start to pick

Dear RPPA
I cant understand why Dec 2014 should be up? as per you pattern it should be down. Bcoz
2009 & 2010 Up
2011 down
2012 and 2013 Up
2014 Down (2 Ups, 1 Down, again 2Ups and then next must be Down)

Don’t think about next week, next month, next quarter when you buy and sell stocks! Still major uptrend is intact. As I said before in a major uptrend there will be sell off, pullback, and market pause etc time to time. These types of things create opportunities provided we identify correct businesses, why we are buying them (reason) and know the trend.  Actually some stagnated stocks and less appreciated stocks have come down considerably during last two weeks. Long term investors should not rush to buy stocks because they can buy at attractive level in big sell off in the future. Long term investors should buy stocks at a great value as they have to face for market volatility, business cycles and industry cycles etc. Rather than speculating market it is better to identify next winning stocks and sectors.

As I said before, this is not the first stage of current major uptrend. Between second stage and third stage we can expect these types of pullbacks. We will see great demand for defensive stocks next year when market reaches next stages. I believe there will gradual demand for defensive stocks next. In other words it is better to include some non cyclical stocks as well in our portfolio.  Therefore I am readjusting my portfolio now.  Finally as I said, last Friday was very important for the CSE. Market stopped falling further. Similarly next week also is very important for the CSE. We should see some strong base for stocks. We should identify strong base before buy them.

Food and beverages
Utilities
Medical and Pharmaceutical stocks

Finally

Have a strategy
Take action to safeguard your capital
Have some risk management system

For me the last kick in friday had some force in it.So i expect monday to be very good.But i have my doubts on tuesday from my technical analysis.I expect people to realise some profits on tuesday & later will gather steam slowly.

For me now the the political crossovers will not have big negative impact (provided the big fellow does not sell). It it happens again it will in a smaller scale.


And also major part of debt creating is also done. Though there are some as the firms were hesitant to match the buyer & sell of their valuable clients.
