It is a 50 - 50 deal as of today because you cannot say what is going to happen tomorrow. I think it is good stock ( I have in my portfolio as long term), but then again there is no financial statements to do analysis, pending court case which is predicated to win. Their last financial statement was on 30/9/2010.
