Rs 6 Billion is no small sum. I think it's a fully secured loan from Central Bank.TFC has assets unlike CIFL. It is up to TFC to make use of this money profitably.

What are the terms and conditions for this loan? Is there a grace period for this loan?
Anyway they are not starved of capital now and they can use this massive fresh capital for new business projects.

I am not sure about the terms & grace period but it's a loan.
So it will take a long time for them to show improved results. Current share price is really too high and does not reflect their current financial position. May be with time the price could be justified. As one member has said above there are lot of shares in good companies which move when market is green.
