The short term B/O shows around 3.70-3.80 and we can assume it to be a 1st RES line for any future price actions.

Be happy the correction which was due is happening now Smile
I am certain the correction leg has some more room down towards 3330.
This is my initial estimate that the correction leg will go down further than 38.2 Fib after seeing the latest PA last week. which is IMO not good. I will explain why such a correction is not at all healthy.
1. Short term investors fear psychosis will drag the sentiments further down.
2.This will hurt market sentiments.
3. We would be back to square 1 in such a scenario.

If this correction taking place is within the bigger wave then only meaningful correction would be to rebound @ 38.2% Fib, that would invigorate bullish sentiments further for a bigger push.

So I am keeping my fingers crossed, that I should have more money to pump to BUY more shares, before its imminent take off.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

So all should anticipate next week to be more greener if you are BULLISH Smile

That should technically push beyond last HIGH 3500 levels, which was twice failed to break.

A correction towards 50% Fib would 3330 would take more time to break 3500 imo and this could turn into a range bound for some time.

That would look bit awful for those looking for fast action.

Good luck
TAH

TAH, can you post the ASI chart also please (though you are not following it )

Also , am trying to understand. Are you saying 38.2 % is better to bounce back, but it 50% is bad.

I recall you expected 100 point drop from about 3425 which is 50%

yes a 38.2% correction is better because we failed last 2 times to go past previous RES levels (HIGHs).
Since the 3rd wave is the biggest, (if my mapping) is correct the 38.2% is the proper rebounding level.
But you know market behavior can not be easily identified as to when such pullbacks would complete.
however reasonably one can technically identify a possibility for a correction @ 38.2% ....

There are links that we can read charts on Stocks traded in the CSE. I don’t think I can post here due to copy right. CSE also has charts. Some online brokering firms too provide charts. I don’t rely much on technical charts. However by looking charts we can get patterns. Once stocks form intermediate up trend then we must look after our stocks like children. This is the time to look for stocks which are building their intermediate up trend.

Not a promotion, having looked at KPIs they trading below NAVs and PBV below as well in most counters.
I would suggest to look at Plantations stocks which have not moved yet.
