UNP National Organizer's Daya Gamage's family finance company Bimputh Lanka (BLI) that acquired a major stake in Sinhaputhra Finance PLC (SFL) as result of former Government's consolidation plan for finance sector, is now getting ready to earn exorbitant profits by sub-dividing Sinhaputhra one share to ten shares so that it is easy to manipulate to take up the share with a higher liquidation. This now evident since the 'Non-Banking' id est Finance Sector of the country is no more under the consolidation watch under new Regime.

Amid UNP Regime who came to power without a public majority veto by the light that was given Maithripala Sirisena's Lamp in which case Maithripala - MY3 got the majority veto has given nod also to Daya Gamage's Daya Aviation to buy a new helicopter recently despite UNP trying to affect the Cosmos Aviation' helicopter services that were mainly providing Helicopter services to state institutions and some government bodies.

It is now discussed among market circles Daya Gamage and FINCO, ICC, UGA Resorts Weerasooriya fame (Priyanjith Weerasooriya lead Brothers) are getting ready to manipuate Sinhaputhra Shares by the latest sub-division. It is also noted by analysts and investigators of Market Circles and Financialsphere in Sri Lanka that Weerasooriya fame is not scared manipulate the market since their eldest Uncle Dr. Wickrema Weerasooriya who got best deal to the family circle of Weerasooriya's since then President Junius Richard Jayawardena era is now the Adviser on Banking to the New president Maithripala Sirisena.

Your statement doesn't make any sense at all.

SFL shares were purchased at 275 by Bimputh and even today SFL share has not recovered to that price. So how can they make an 'exorbitant' profit? I think Bimputh overpaid for SFL because the previous Governor was forcing them to acquire/merge. Also, as you rightly said, after the stock split, the share will become More liquid so share manipulation will become harder not easier yes?

Also why would anyone need to get the nod from President Sirisena to buy an aircraft? Daya Aviation is a licensed Aviation Operator so why do they need to get anyone's permission other than CAA? Cosmos Aviation is owned by Sajin De Vaas who is now in Jail and there were numerous articles about how he has not paid for his hangar for many years. I think the question you should be asking is where did MP Sajin get the money to start Cosmos?

I think you are slandering a honest businessman without any facts.
