my friend told me this incident.his savings book first page mention SERVICE CHARGE OF RS 25 WILL BE CHARGED AGAINST A/C CARRYING MINIMUM BALANCE 500....but after 10 months he update his account .He saw every month rs 25 reduction of his account .then he asked and Bank told now minimum balance rs 1500.how rude Bank never can't give 25 interest .but deduct rs 25 innocent poor peoples ..pathetic situation was BOC is government bank.
people's bank does not apply this rule. so peoples bank follow their motto "janahada hadunana mahajana bankuwa "....

HNB RS 10..BOC rs 25...what a joke...never deal with these type of banks....

Current account minimum balance is 8000 at BOC if u fail to maintain this amount Rs 200 is deducted....

These are visible extortions taking place.
What about the COMBANK who has a formula for loan recovery which is not disclosed to the customer and they artfully hide the interest deductions by reducing the installments so that the customer is not aware that the interest rates were increased? Evil or Very Mad
