Did you review the FS ????,

Pl go through the income statement carefully, something u will find not realistic. ...

This is huge OVER VALUE for me. Sure next quarter profit will decrease.

This might come down to 40 to 50.

Let's see....

Perfectly realistic to me profits are made through operational income and they have reduced impairment charges which is promising for sustainable growth,get your facts straight pls give reasons prior to giving a verdict if u understand the fs..

As per suku502 's obserration I also went through Fs a few times and unable to find any reason to support hiss view , nevertheless VFIN has made profits through pure operational activities .
Also what is noteworthy is that VFIN paying highest. Effective rate of tax without avoiding or perhaps evading . Pl check Cfin, CDB , Senkadagala finance ,CRL! Etc.

We must ensure whether other companies showing a distorted picture .perhaps some .. Food for thought ...

only problem i found is that their MD has suddenly stopped buying thecompany shares.upto april 9th he bought co shares almost every week.
But we have to understand that the share price changed significantly during this period. May be its too high for him to buy at this price.

Part of my view of any financial reports give weight operational income & profit ignoring one-off nature other income related activities.

Also, cash flow generated from operational activities given in cash flow is another important line which shows the how strong & viable of the company of liquidity concerned.

Looking at how companies are capable of reducing impairment charges & heavy finance cost display the strength & future sustainability. However, this is not only the assessment in arriving a conclusion as many performance indicators existing for different nature of entities.
