Can any one know what exactly happening with Blue Diamonds. Blue collected approx. 180 million in 2010/11 and again they collected 135 million in 2015 by way of right issues.
Apparently no export orders and new Chinese owner is running gem trading (A company named VVS lanka) & other exports such as fish exports (Ceylon Joy) utilizing blue rights money.
I wonder will this be another tuchwood or cifl.
The previous management too invested nearly 500 million on solar projects which never materialized. All these are public money.
Experts.. please advise what sort of legal remedies available if companies act arbitrarily leaving share holders in dark.
