Ideas..................
We could get more ideas about these two in the coming months and quarters. Once you study their coming attractive quarterly results and annual reports you can get more ideas. TAFL will become one of the golden eggs in Asia. Other one is BFL.Poulty group will benefit from three fronts.

Lower feed prices
New markets
Increased demand locally specially from tourism industry

On top of that new development in the poultry world will affect poultry products export from the USA to ASIA. Asian countries also will have poultry inflation. These Asian countries will have to find new supply sources for chicks, eggs and poultry products. There are fewer chickens laying eggs in the USA now. According to the producers it may take up to two years to get back up and run their poultry business again. Texas-based grocery store chain H-E-B has limited egg purchases to three cartons per customer. Generally The U.S. typically produces enough eggs to export tens of millions of them a month to meet domestic supply and export to trade partners including Mexico and Canada. The shortage has sent prices for egg products used by bakeries and manufacturers soaring by 200% during past few weeks.

There is a trading restriction on breeding stock supply in several markets. This also could lead to lower supply of poultry products globally. For example this will results in shortages of commercial birds in China in 2016 and 2017.

Commercial bakers and producers of processed food in the USA are facing huge shortage in egg products. They will soon import egg products from the Netherlands, that will be first European egg imports in more than a decade.

Meanwhile the wholesale price of egg in India is also rising due to increase demand. Their poultry production affected badly due to intense heat in Andhra Pradesh and in North India.

As both BFL and TAFL are two of the high quality poultry producers in Asia, they will become two of the great winners in the poultry Asia.  Gran also will benefit. They will have more opportunity in regional markets and their stocks prices will adjust according to their above average performances in the coming months, quarter and years. Finally it is going to be poultry time in Sri-Lanka. TAFL, BFL and GRAN should become three top winners in the current bull market due to strong out look in their industry.

Good luck!

Don’t think this as a recommendation. We are sharing our ideas. You have to do home work before buying and selling any stock. Do not buy and sell stocks blindly. There should be specific reason to buy and sell stocks.  For me in advance I saw future earnings and growth in those two companies.

On TAFL

They were able to maintain quarterly EPS over 2 during last two years despite difficult period.
This time they announced Quarterly EPS over 3 and dividend as well. I have an estimation of their future earnings as well.
It has a strong management.
Their outlook is very strong.
They have one of the highest ROEs in the market.
It is one of the massively undervalued stocks in the market. It is trading great discount to the market as well.
It is also attractive on the basis of fundamentals, technical and momentum. It has mix of everything.
This is one of the ideal stocks for the remaining stages of current bull market as well.

TAFL could have faster momentum than GRAN and BFL this time. That doesn’t mean those two will not have momentum. They also will have momentum in the coming months due to strong outlook in their poultry related business.

Good luck!

GRAN selling is around Rs50 area is almost drying up. Yesterday more than 15,000/ buyer was at Rs50.0 level at the time of the closing. Coz if any body wants to sell he or she would have match Rs50.0 yesterday.

This will up for a run atleast Rs5.0 or more in coming days. BFL went Rs124 levels from Rs115  and TAFL went to Rs68 levels from Rs60 levels withing few days period.

This group should become one of the bullish groups in the market in the remaining stages of current bull market due to their strong outlook. However momentum wise and personality wise this time there will be gap among poultry related stocks. I think investors are waiting for further confirmation from BFL. Once they release next attractive quarterly earnings their prices will go up further. GRAN has its own personality. Recently it had big breakout. TAFL is completely different from both BFL and GRAN this time. TAFL already broke its 52 high again and again. It is still very attractive on valuation and growth.

Each company has their market share locally. They have their own loyal customers. In addition, they have customers internationally as well. Which company will have more opportunity in the future? Which company will make use of opportunities wisely?  Which company will increase share holder value in the future? All of above have ability to do that. Which one will create more shareholder value? I like to go behind company which can make more shareholder value in the future. Finally beauty of poultry stocks is they have more value and growth.

It is time to go behind Investors are getting in stocks.

Good luck!

VP,
All wheat flour millers and imports are going to see a drop in prices. This is due to the Indian MAGGI fiasco.

The millers will dump the wheat to the closest ports since the logistics are a crucial factor and the expiry time for wheat is less due to the packaging.

now, how the demand and supply between the Middle east and Asia will behave is difficult to fathom.

need study and inquiry!
