What are companies which should be blacklisted who collected monies through rights issues and did not meet their rights issue objectives. We should avoid such shares.To name few...

ACME-Several occasions went for right issue to improve working capital and reduce finance cost but company has not met its objectives for far.

MARA-For the same reasons as mentioned above .
