I have done a straight forward valuation based on Net Asset Basis (Mark to Market) and Future Earnings. Seem like it is worth between Rs 450-600/=. Have a look.

I am the most unluckiest player of the virtual portfolio game with my virtual investment in Confifi Hotel (PALM that) was liquidated at Rs 220/= and market moved up just 1 day after the closing date of the game. This is something usually happen to many investors in real life situations.

Quibit, I had this experience in real world. Sad

Thought that nobody wants to buy this share since the hotel is closed. So sold all my shares at a small lost..

But I was wrong...! People prefer the closed hotels rather functional.

there was a high interest seen on this counter last days,but in later stages someone put a big sell orders at 350,and this was dragged down to 330,but there was no much selling pressure evident,will see the crowd behavior on Monday.
